We’re official!  At least, in the eyes of Washington state.  We still have a bunch of hoops to jump through on the county level (and a couple of others on the state level!) but this is a wonderfully tangible indication that we’re on our way!

And no, this does not mean we can start accepting reservations.  We promise to shout that as loud as we can when that day comes!

In other news… our cabinets arrived safe and sound, and our drywallers wrapped up yesterday.  They may have to come back for some touchups, but we are clear to begin priming tomorrow!!
